A Salon was born - In the summer of 2017 Rachel Perryman owner of the premier bridal artistry team, La Rouge Artistry, opened the doors of La Rouge Salon & Beauty Bar in beautiful mid-town Ventura, California. Rachel's vision was to create a welcoming space where "we can create beauty and relationships together as a community." La Rouge is a HUGE advocate for business advancement, self development, and team unity for stylists and clients alike.
